Mr. Paul Cole, M.B.A (University of Manchester, UK), FCCA (UK), ACMA (UK), BA Hons.
Mr. Paul Cole’s early career started as a Trainee Accountant, with a firm of Chartered Accountants in London, UK. He qualified as an auditor and has gained significant finance and operating experience across a broad range of industry sectors. Mr. Cole also developed extensive experience in business strategy and transformation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and change management. Paul, joined KPMG Jamaica, in May of 2002, as a Director of the Management Consultancy Unit/Financial Advisory Services. Paul’s work with the firm included the preparation of forwarding-looking information for clients, business valuations and the development of financial feasibilities. After KPMG, Paul was the Group Management Consultant for a Financial Services Group in Jamaica.
Paul tutored corporate finance, strategic management, management accounting and financial accounting on the MBA degree offered in Jamaica by the University of Manchester, UK. He also conducted a wide range of in-house finance-related training at KPMG, Jamaica Institute of Financial Services and JN Bank as well as been a facilitator at strategic retreats for companies in Jamaica. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Manchester (UK). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK). He is a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA, UK) and also has Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation.
Paul is a member of the Board of Governors of United Way of Jamaica and Chairman of that organisation’s finance and administration committee.
